Support without email attachments

Customers often paste logs into tickets or attach screenshots that linger in inboxes forever. A disposable code keeps support data off email and gives you a clear retention window.

Workflow

  1. Ask the customer to open FastPaste and push the log file or text.
  2. They reply in the ticket with only the 6-digit code — not the file itself.
  3. You pull once on your side; content is burned after retrieval.
  4. For logs with secrets, use Redacted Share so API keys never reach the server.
  5. For large logs, use the Logs tool so you can filter ERROR/WARN lines after pull.

For teams

API Pro supports webhook_url on push so your helpdesk can get notified when the agent pulls the clip. Combine with multi-read mode if two engineers need to inspect the same log within the TTL.
