Support without email attachments
Customers often paste logs into tickets or attach screenshots that linger in inboxes forever. A disposable code keeps support data off email and gives you a clear retention window.
Workflow
- Ask the customer to open FastPaste and push the log file or text.
- They reply in the ticket with only the 6-digit code — not the file itself.
- You pull once on your side; content is burned after retrieval.
- For logs with secrets, use Redacted Share so API keys never reach the server.
- For large logs, use the Logs tool so you can filter ERROR/WARN lines after pull.
For teams
API Pro supports webhook_url on push so your helpdesk can get notified when the agent pulls the clip. Combine with multi-read mode if two engineers need to inspect the same log within the TTL.
